Our story
Decades of seeing properties from the ground up
Tom Jones acquired Cres in 2000 after experience with residential and commercial property inspections and a Hamilton County Auditor initiative that photographed properties across the county. That background shaped a detail-oriented approach to documentation, operations, and property care.
Today, Cres manages single-family homes, townhouses, condos, and apartments throughout the Cincinnati and Dayton areas while continuing to invest in clearer systems and owner visibility.
